- Conducting the tender process by floating Request for Proposal (RFP), specifying the clear scope of work, to the relevant service providers.
- Evaluating the Vendors Proposals in terms of Quality of Service, Experience, Competent Manpower and of course their Competitive Price.
- Selecting the best Vendor who fulfills the selection criteria as outlined above
- We also ensure all service providers are duly licensed by the relevant Authorities (DED, DM, DCD, and SIRA) and registered with RERA and IRATA and maintained all necessary insurances as per the industry standards before the finalization and appointment.
