  • Offer government relations, legal support and local authorities liaison

  • Fairly and reasonably manage and administer the common areas for the benefit of all owners and without bias to any particular owner or group of
  • Property to be supervised and monitored and to ensure it is well maintained and to upkeep the value of property.
