  • Supervising and Monitoring the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMs) to ensure the desired SLAs & KPIs are delivered.
  • Reviewing and assessing the service reports and deciding whether any parts to be replaced.
  • Obtaining and evaluating the quotes received for the replacement of parts
  • If the services are not delivered as per the agreed standards, a show cause notice shall be served to correct and improve the services and if not corrected the penalty clause shall be invoked followed by termination clause.
