Supervising and Monitoring the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMs) to ensure the desired SLAs & KPIs are delivered.
Reviewing and assessing the service reports and deciding whether any parts to be replaced.
Obtaining and evaluating the quotes received for the replacement of parts
If the services are not delivered as per the agreed standards, a show cause notice shall be served to correct and improve the services and if not corrected the penalty clause shall be invoked followed by termination clause.
